Recently, someone spray painted a message at the top of the stairs coming out of the 14th Street PATH station: Cartwheel-Only Lane. Violators Will Be Prosecuted. It's a rainy day, but for a moment I thought it might be fun.

Sadly, that graffiti has been painted over at that spot. Some people are no fun.
